where to stay in south county, RI
Frannie's great-grandfather Foley built a small beach cottage in South County, RI in the 1940s. this has been a special place for the Foleys and O'Connells for generations and we are excited to have you all join us here.

one of the best things about southern rhode island is that it is not a tourist destination! as such, the easiest place to stay, especially for groups, may be an airbnb or vrbo rental. here is a google map of the route between frannie's family's house and the General Stanton Inn. any rental near that route, especially on the south (coastal) side of Route 1 would be a short drive to both the house (ceremony) and inn (reception).
Green Hill, South Kingstown, Matunuck, and Charlestown are all nearby.
